Please read through the "Registration Process" below before you register. There is very important information below!!

To secure your spot in this year's tournament, please make sure you submit payment by January 9th, 2026. If you do not, your team maybe in danger of losing your spot in this year's tournament.

If you sign up for this tournament, please make sure your team is available for at least one game during the first 5 days of the tournament, which is 2/12/26 - 2/16/26. We are strongly encouraging this of all the teams who register!! 

Please follow these steps to register your team for the tournament.

1. Create a Crossbar account. Click on the Crossbar banner either at the top or bottom of this page. If you are a team that is returning, please log into your account and register your team(s).
2. Click register button on the top right of this page.
3. Choose the correct category (Grade & Boys/Girls) and division you would like to see your team play in. This does not guarantee your team's placement. Final decision will be made by the Tournament Director. (Red - A, White - B, Blue - C)
4. Enter the team name and coaches information.
5. Then complete the registration process by answering all the questions.
6. Payment is next. You can either pay with a credit card or bank check through the site or you can choose to pay offline with a check or Venmo.
7. After you complete the payment process, you will receive a confirmation email.
8. In the confirmation email, use the link to submit your roster.
9. Registration, Payment and Roster submission, all need to be completed by January 9th, 2026 to secure your entry into this year's tournament.
10. Once registration closes, all registered teams will receive an email with a link to submit your conflicts on line. Conflict submission deadline is January 16th, 2026.
